Processing Time

All orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm are processed for next-day delivery. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all raw dog food products using temperature-controlled packaging and expedited delivery services to ensure freshness and safety. Estimated delivery time: We aim for delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Packaging & Freshness
All products are packed in temperature-controlled packaging. During warmer weather, some mince products may arrive slightly soft. This is normal and safe, and the products can be re-frozen without issue. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected arrival date.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For remote or non-mainland areas, additional delivery times or charges may apply.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed or not accepted, the product may spoil. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements in these cases. Please track your order and ensure timely receipt.
